New
Java-based Program For Finding Roofing Angles
With the finalization of the "Roofing Angles" book, I was
asked if I could produce a macro in MSWorks that would allow the user
to find all of the angles without having a hard copy of text.
This thought got me to begin building a windows-based, 32-bit program
that could run on any windows computer.
Finally, The long awaited java-based program is now available. This
program will give angles for roof hips, valleys, ridges, and those
of the valleys of chimney flashings. This program will find any angle,
any slope, and any combinations possible up to infinity. Although,
for discussions’ sake, once you get to over 400/12, it is all the
same angle.

are, at present, MS Works, and MS Excel macros for bid sheet templates.
